3. CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect several categories of information to operate, secure, optimize, and expand our Platform. The collection occurs through direct user input, automated background collection, and integration with third-party service APIs.

3.1 Directly Provided Personal Data

When you create an Account, initiate customer support inquiries, subscribe to paid plans, or configure your business preferences, we collect:

  • Identity Data: First name, last name, business name, organizational role, professional title, and profile images.
  • Contact Information: Email address, telephone number, business address, country, and preferred communication channels.
  • Business Metadata: Company URL, industry vertical, marketing budget preferences, brand style guides, target audience demographics, and operational workflows.
  • User-Generated Content: Media files (images, graphics, videos, audio), text captions, post schedules, strategic prompts, brand kits, and document uploads provided for processing, scheduling, or AI generation.
  • Customer Support and Feedback: Transcripts of live chats, email tickets, feedback forms, and bug submissions.

3.2 Automated System Data, Telemetry, and Diagnostics

Whenever you navigate through or interact with the Platform, our system automatically captures hardware and software operational parameters via system logs and telemetry tools:

  • Technical Identifiers: Internet Protocol (IP) address, Media Access Control (MAC) address, unique device identifiers (UDID), international mobile equipment identity (IMEI), and UUIDs.
  • Browser and Device Specifications: Operating system type and version, browser vendor and version, screen resolution, color depth, system architecture, CPU capabilities, language settings, and active plugins.
  • Usage Telemetry: Time stamps, page view duration, clickstream paths, feature usage metrics, API endpoint calls, latency readouts, active session duration, error stack traces, and crash dump logs.
  • Geolocation Data: Coarse geographical location derived from IP addresses (country, region, city) to enforce localized security rules, tax compliance, and language auto-selection.

3.3 Third-Party & Connected Platform Data

When you connect external accounts—specifically social media profiles, advertising portals, or developer tools—to the Platform, we gather integration-specific metadata:

  • Account Profiles: Social platform user IDs, page handles, channel names, follower counts, profile images, and linked business manager details.
  • Authorization Credentials: Cryptographically secured OAuth 2.0 access tokens, page access tokens, refresh tokens, token scopes, and expiration timestamps.
  • Platform Metrics: Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, impressions, click-through rates), audience demographics, published post history, and inbox messages (where specific permissions are granted).

4. AUTHENTICATION & OAUTH ARCHITECTURE

To ensure high-grade security and eliminate the necessity for storing raw third-party account passwords, CalculateWellHub employs standard OAuth 2.0 protocol implementations for user authentication and platform connectivity.

4.1 Supported Identity and Authentication Providers

The Platform supports single sign-on (SSO) and API connections through the following authentication providers, as well as any future OAuth 2.0 compliant systems:

  • Google OAuth 2.0 (Google Sign-In, Google Workspace)
  • Meta Identity Network (Facebook Login, Instagram Graph API Authentication)
  • Apple ID (Sign in with Apple)
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Account
  • LinkedIn Identity API
  • GitHub OAuth
  • X (Twitter) OAuth 2.0
  • Custom Enterprise SAML 2.0 / OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations.

4.2 Token Management Lifecycle & Encryption Protocols

When you grant permission to CalculateWellHub to interact with an external service, an authentication flow produces security tokens. We manage these credentials using strict enterprise standards:

  • Token Storage Encryption: All OAuth access tokens, page tokens, and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using Advanced Encryption Standard with a 256-bit key length (AES-256-GCM) prior to being committed to our persistent database infrastructure.
  • Separation of Secrets: Encryption keys are stored on distinct Key Management Services (KMS) physically and logically isolated from application data stores.
  • Token Refresh Mechanisms: Refresh tokens are executed programmatically in secure server-side background tasks to maintain persistent connections for scheduled publishing without storing user passwords.
  • Token Revocation and Expiration: Upon user-initiated account disconnect, subscription cancellation, or explicit log-out requests, all associated OAuth tokens stored in our systems are invalidated immediately and flagged for permanent cryptographic destruction.

5. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES & COMPLIANCE

Because our Platform interfaces deeply with third-party developer ecosystems, we adhere strictly to the compliance frameworks mandated by Meta, Google, and other major technology providers.

5.1 Meta Platform Policies (Facebook & Instagram Graph APIs)

In full alignment with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies:

  • Scope Minimization: We request only the minimum permissions necessary to execute the core functions of our social scheduling and management tools (e.g., pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights).
  • Use of Data: Meta User Data retrieved via Graph APIs is processed solely to render analytics dashboards, enable scheduled content publishing, and facilitate social interaction within the CalculateWellHub application UI.
  • Prohibition on Data Monetization: We do not sell, license, lease, or transfer Meta User Data to data brokers, ad networks, or independent third parties.
  • App Review Compliance: The Platform maintains operational features that strictly comply with Meta’s App Review reviewability and audit guidelines.

5.2 Google OAuth & Limited Use Policy

CalculateWellHub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • Specific Data Usage: Google user data (such as profile details and YouTube channel permissions) is used exclusively to facilitate single sign-on, display channel analytics, and execute user-scheduled video or post publishing.
  • Human Reading Restrictions: Human employees or contractor personnel are strictly prohibited from reading user data obtained via Google APIs, unless:
  1. We have obtained your explicit consent for specific troubleshooting.
  2. It is necessary for security investigation purposes (such as investigating abuse or fraudulent activity).
  3. It is required to comply with applicable law or judicial orders.
  4. The data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operational metrics.
  • Advertising Exclusion: Data obtained through Google OAuth scopes is never used to serve personalized, targeted, or retargeted advertisements.

5.3 YouTube API Terms of Service

By using our YouTube integration features within the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy (accessible at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
