Future Products and Services: This Policy is structurally designed to be future-proof. Any new application, AI product, SaaS solution, API, software module, feature, or service launched by CalculateWellHub following the Last Updated date shall automatically fall under the scope of this Policy without requiring retroactive textual modifications, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a product-specific supplemental notice.

1.3 Binding Agreement

By visiting our websites, signing up for an account, authenticating via Third-Party Social Identity Providers, or utilizing any portion of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms outlined herein, you must immediately cease all use of our applications and websites.

2. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

When you create an Account, initiate customer support inquiries, subscribe to paid plans, or configure your business preferences, we collect:

5.1 Meta Platform Policies (Facebook & Instagram Graph APIs)

In full alignment with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies:

Scope Minimization: We request only the minimum permissions necessary to execute the core functions of our social scheduling and management tools (e.g., pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights).
Use of Data: Meta User Data retrieved via Graph APIs is processed solely to render analytics dashboards, enable scheduled content publishing, and facilitate social interaction within the CalculateWellHub application UI.
Prohibition on Data Monetization: We do not sell, license, lease, or transfer Meta User Data to data brokers, ad networks, or independent third parties.
App Review Compliance: The Platform maintains operational features that strictly comply with Meta’s App Review reviewability and audit guidelines.

5.2 Google OAuth & Limited Use Policy

CalculateWellHub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

Specific Data Usage: Google user data (such as profile details and YouTube channel permissions) is used exclusively to facilitate single sign-on, display channel analytics, and execute user-scheduled video or post publishing.
Human Reading Restrictions: Human employees or contractor personnel are strictly prohibited from reading user data obtained via Google APIs, unless:

We have obtained your explicit consent for specific troubleshooting.
It is necessary for security investigation purposes (such as investigating abuse or fraudulent activity).
It is required to comply with applicable law or judicial orders.

Advertising Exclusion: Data obtained through Google OAuth scopes is never used to serve personalized, targeted, or retargeted advertisements.

5.3 YouTube API Terms of Service

By using our YouTube integration features within the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy (accessible at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). 6. SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION & PERMISSIONS

To provide unified scheduling, social publishing, analytics, and CRM synchronization, CalculateWellHub requests specific operational permissions from connected social media platforms.

Account Disconnect Procedure

You retain total control over your connected social media accounts. You may disconnect any connected social channel at any time by navigating to Account Settings > Connected Channels within the Platform and clicking “Disconnect”. Disconnecting a channel immediately halts all scheduled background tasks, revokes token usage, and triggers background deletion of channel-specific access credentials within 24 hours.

7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING PROCESSING

CalculateWellHub integrates sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and automated content generators to assist users in creating text, image, and strategic assets.

7.1 Input Processing and Prompt Execution

When you utilize AI functionality—such as caption generation, post optimization, visual art creation, or chatbot responses—the text prompts, context guidelines, uploaded media, and brand parameter sets you provide are submitted to our processing pipeline.

7.2 Third-Party AI Model Service Providers

We process Personal Data strictly in accordance with legal grounds established under global data protection regulatory statutes (GDPR Art. 6, DPDP Act Sec. 6, CCPA/CPRA).

Contractual Necessity: Provisioning SaaS features, executing automated scheduling, processing payment transactions, providing customer support, and issuing service announcements.
Legitimate Interests: Platform fraud detection, system performance optimization, cyber-security monitoring, enterprise feature enhancement, and defense against legal claims.
Consent: Direct email marketing communications, deployment of non-essential tracking cookies, and optional third-party tool integrations.
Legal Compliance: Mandatory tax accounting, statutory record retention, law enforcement compliance, and legal audit fulfillment.

PCI-DSS Compliance: We do not directly capture, store, or process full credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our local servers. All billing transactions are handled directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal).
Retained Billing Metadata: We retain only non-sensitive tokens, payment profile IDs, card brand, expiration date, billing addresses, and invoice history required for tax and legal compliance.

15. META APP REVIEW & DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

To comply with Meta Developer Guidelines, users can request the complete removal of Facebook and Instagram connection data:

Option A: Automated Removal via Facebook Settings

Log into your personal Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Locate CalculateWellHub and click Remove.
Click View Removed Apps and Websites and click Send Request to initiate an automated data deletion request to our endpoint.

Option B: Manual Deletion Request

Send an email to privacy@calculatewellhub.in or support@calculatewellhub.in with the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address and social media handles. All Meta-derived access tokens and cached metrics will be purged within seven (7) business days.

16. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC NOTICES

California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal data for monetary or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Europe (GDPR): CalculateWellHub serves as the Data Controller. Transfers outside the EEA are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
India (DPDP Act 2023): Data Fiduciary obligations are strictly honored. Grievances can be submitted directly to our Grievance Officer.
